The image above is a great little scan of my Head and Neck showing way more than my pay grade can handle and being that I don’t earn a penny my pay grade is very low, thankfully my consultant at Clatterbridge is on a much better pay grade than I am on these days.
In technical talk my Anterior Maxillary Alveolus has received a cumulative dose of between 20 and 36 Gy of RT in a gradient from low dose anteriorly to a higher dose moving posteriorly, Similarly the posterior maxillary alveolus has received between 37 and 48 GY (Rt to left gradient).
The Mandibular alveolus anteriorly (up to premolars) has received a dose between 28 and 40 Gy and the left post mandibula alveolus has received between 40 – 60Gy. The right posterior mandible has received between 46 and 70 Gy dose with a gradient from post to ant.
